I'll post what I wrote on their Facebook page which was 'My car had engine issues that required my car to be towed to their shop. Precision looked over my car and found the problem being the engine locked up. They could've stopped there but went on to call the local dealership in Johnson City to find out if it was covered by warranty and to tell them my situation. They went above and beyond what I expected and were a tremendous help with my situation. They were friendly and polite when talking in person at the shop and over the phone. I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle here when in need of care"

I'm a Disabled Combat Veteran whom lives off of a limited disabilty. I have a 336 mile round trip to the JC Mountain Home VA and I always get my service done at Precision Auto Care. They have gone over and above for my MKZ. I encourage all Veterans and military to try this business out. You won't get shafted nor told lies. They are fast and right to the task at hand as I wait for my oil change. Friendly Staff! Jeff is knowledgeable and gets it right .
I can't comment on quality of the work but I can comment on the pricing. Had a car that was leaking oil. Come to find out it was a blown head gasket. They wanted to charge me 1500 dollars to fix it. When I asked him if it was because of the parts, he said no its that high because of the labor I knew it was a rip off. So I filled my car with oil one last time and drove the Chattanooga. Had someone do it for 550(plus parts). Then when you factor in the Renta car and gas getting there and back. I spent 800 something. The dude that fixed it said they were probably charging that much because they are all "certified" mechanics. I had my car fixed last March. And she's been running great ever since.

Wonderful Customer Service. I hung out in the lobby waiting for my car and the gentleman running the counter remained pleasant to every person that came through the door. I won't go anywhere else
I have been bringing my vehicles here for as long as I have lived in Johnson City, they have always done quality work at reasonable prices. They have always gone above what I would expect, I will keep going there as long as I drive! Good People, Good Service!
