I was very thankful they could help me by replacing the bulb in my headlight. The associate in thw store wss very nice, especially to a phone customer while i waited for the other asdociate, Mark to see if he could change the bulb. Mark changed the bulb in record time, in sprinkling rain, and wouldn't take a tip. But then again, everyone at that AutoZone has been very helpful and friendly.
Louis is the man. He is always going above and beyond to get you the parts you need. He doesn't rush you through the store he actually takes his time and gives you one on one service no matter how long it takes. I always shop here when I am in Johnson city because of Louis. Thank you for the quality dedication you provide all your customers. U are the reason I shop here. You deserve a raise
