Yesterday me and my Fiance bought our very first vehicle as a couple from Glenn Landstrom. we were in a wreck last month which left us with nothing and given we are due to have a baby next month it was very stressful, we tried several car lots with no luck at all. Glenn however went above and beyond to get us approved and in a vehicle. he worked with our budget and got us in a very nice 2014 Ford Fiesta. we are completely thankful and blessed to have met Glenn, I will never go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle!
I have been a Wallace customer for many years everyone I have dealt with has always been great! My first experience with Glenn Landstrom was when he worked at the service desk now he is in sales. Glenn has always been so kind and helpful! Recently I bought a 2016 Outlander and Glenn was my salesman. Was a wonderful experience!
I reside in Missouri, but I found the exact pre-owned automobile that I was looking for at Wallace Imports. I was somewhat apprehensive about buying the car unseen, but my phone conversation with Glenn Landstrom quickly set my mind at ease. His professionalism and integrity were apparent even before I personally met him. After traveling to Johnson City, I was not disappointed in the car or with Glenn. My buying experience was so positive that I would gladly travel 750 miles again to do business with him. I simply couldn't recommend him any more highly.
My wife and I traveled from out of state to see a vehicle about purchasing at Wallace Imports. Prior to our travel, we had contacted Glenn Landstrom who answered all of our questions prior to us making the trip. When we arrived, Glenn had the vehicle parked and ready at the front for us to see. Glenn was absolutely great! He explained the vehicle details to us as well as answered all of our questions. We had not purchased a vehicle in over 10 years and Glenn gave us all the comforts we were looking for. We also met Danny Hubbard, the site manager. Danny was additionally comforting for us as he took the time to also answer questions we had. Danny was great working with and worked out a great deal for us. We made the car purchase and are grateful we made the trip. Thank you Glenn and Danny for the time you spent with us. Service department is terrible. Some people have a good experience there...I certainly did not. Never doing any type of business with any lot associated with this place.
