when he tells you he picked you out a car don't take it. I was promised if anything went wrong they can help fix it. He is impossible to get ahold of. Asked for a copy of our agreement 2 to 3 months ago he said he would email it. Still nothing. I posted my review on facebook it was the same kind and they blocked me from being able to comment the truth i do not recommend it. Also when i went to talk to Ford they said he overpriced my car way to much. The only good thing that comes out of this is the first time buyers program. But when you do buy a car from here do not expect to get ahold of him afterward because if he is impossible then you know he sold you a bad car.
