I LOVE this place! Everyone is so helpfull and kind and not too pushy about things. Normally myself and my family HATE car dealerships because the salesman can be very pushy and sound like the only thing they care about is making the sale. At Wallace Imports of Johnson City they CARE about the customer and the needs and wants of the customer as well. But our viewpoint of hating car dealerships was completely changed because of a salesman by the name of Adam-Michael Savage! He was very helpful and gave good advice and tips about everything we could possibly ever want to know. Also, he was never very pushy about trying to make the deal either. It was just right. He was a fantastic salesman and because of him my grandparents are considering buying a car from Wallace Imports a few years from now. I wish all salesman were like him!!!
If you live anywhere in the Southeastern U.S. and are in the market for a used Subaru, you'd be doing yourself a disservice if you don't check Wallace Imports' inventory. We live in central North Carolina, and when we saw what seemed to be the perfect car at a terrific price online in Johnson City, we initially wrote it off, thinking it was too far to be worth our time. But, fortunately, we decided to give Wallace a call and, by some stroke of luck, ended up on the phone with Glenn Landstrom.
Glenn isn't not the stereotypical car sales representative — instead, he's incredibly genuine, low-pressure and truly goes to bat for his customers. Next time we need a vehicle, Glenn will be the first call we make.

Glenn made the process painless to handle from afar; he stayed at work beyond the dealership's closing time to do a slow walk-around the vehicle and give us an accounting of even the tiniest of scratches, and he was willing to negotiate a very fair price over the phone. When we arrived to check out the car in person a couple of days later, Glenn had the vehicle in even more perfect shape than we'd imagined, having made those tiniest of scratches disappear. He is an encyclopedia of Subaru knowledge, and before we left the lot, he made certain that we knew how to make the most of our new car's features.
