Erik then asked us what we liked in a mattress, and my husband responded, this is the first time we have ever shopped for a mattress. So then he told us to try out one mattress and see if it was too firm or too soft and go from there. (The whole time he was making my son laugh while my husband and I were making a decision.) We ended up spending right on our budget for a brand new mattress, and not feeling bad about it.
I don't like buying anything from someone who has a bad attitude, and Erik was the perfect guy to sell us a mattress. He could seriously be a salesman anywhere and sell anyone anything!
My name is Sabrina Thomas, we just had the best experience in purchasing our first mattress set. Erik is one of the best salesmen ever! He promptly greeted us right when we came through the door. He was so good to my family, especially my 3 year old son. He asked my son if he liked toys, and he had toys in the corner that he could play with while we shopped.
We shopped around a lot so I feel very confident that we got the best deal for what we were looking for. They were very knowable and were able to learn exactly what we were looking for in a mattress with just a few questions. Then was able to break it down into just a few choices. We saved thousands compared to a lot that we looked at, and got all the bells a whisles we wanted. Very happy with our purchase of a quality mattress at a unbeatable price! We are also glad to support local made in America business. Not to mention the staff is very friendly. We also feel better knowing that if we have a problem we can come right to the store and deal with a person not having to go though some big corporation or hang out forever on the phone waiting to talk to customer service person over seas somewhere. I would high recommend this place to anyone who is serious about getting a quality product for a great price with awesome customer service.
At the end, my son came out with two balloons, a piece of candy, and we came out with an awesome, at budget, new mattress! I don't think this experience could have gone any better. Thank you Erik!!

Erik Biorck provided the best customer service starting as soon as we came in. They are always really friendly to us every time we visit. He greeted my children and I as we walked through the door and asked us how our day was going. Erik also interacted with my children and asked them how their Christmas was. He then proceeded to ask what size mattress I was looking for and I advised him and then told him how much I was able to work with. He advised me of the deals they were running for the holidays. Sleep Zone has really great deals. I love the mattresses from here. I had previously purchased a queen size and it is great. I will continue doing business with Sleep Zone because of their friendly staff like Erik and the great prices. In my book they have a 5 star rating. It is very hard to find a place of business that has caring and friendly employees. Thank you Erik for the great customer service, we enjoyed our visit.
