Ben was very helpful and friendly didn't push us at all. Drove 3 1/2 hours from ky to purchase a mattress here. No need to look elsewhere folks this man has something for you and the best price hands down. He's very informative and I'd buy from here again. It was worth my trip!
I had an air mattress for 11 years, until it started leaking, I had no problems at all. My first trip to the Sleep Zone I Kingsport, Tn. was an awesome one. Erik Biorck was very knowledgeable and very helpful in choosing the right mattress for me. He is very kind and patient to work with. It is so nice to be treated this way and I wasn't pushed into buying anything I was not comfortable with. Thank you for a very good experience.
