Whole place stunk to high heaven and outdoor pool was covered by a tarp so actually there was no pool, stayed 2 days and there was 4 of us only had 2 towels and had to threaten to leave the dump before they would give us more on the second day never stay here!
Do not stay here . I came in town for the Bristol night race,and this was one of the only places my girl could find available. They marked these nasty cat piss smelling rooms up like crazy. The room smelled like cat piss, and old cigarettes. The room on a good day was a $30 a night room not $200 plus. We told the front desk of the issue, and they could care less. Rude nasty people. I just wish we brought our sleeping bags. But if your cheap, and like the smell of cat piss then this might be the place for you...
Absolutely rude staff! The guy at the front counter was extremely disrespectful to the person checking in before us, and then was very rude to me and my boss. Gave us a second floor room even though we asked for first floor....and the place was empty! I honestly wish I could have 5 rounds with that jerk to teach him how to talk to people, he actually threatened to call the police on us...and we were not even raising our voices. His attitude was that he was doing us a favor by selling us a room.
Horrible. Old ran down. We were here for an Hr tried to check out and get $ back for our stay. They refused. Gross nasty hotel. Rude customer service !!!
We came into town on saturday and paid $97 for a room. This is the absolute worst place I have ever been to in my life. When you walk in it Smells of smoke everywhere. There is so much dirt and filth everywhere in the room. The walls, floors, mirrors cabinets, doors, and the beds are just plain nasty. I actually slept with my shoes on. It was the worst place I could have imagined. I told the lady at the front desk and she basically laughed and didn't care. Do yourself a favor sleep in your car or the grass outside.
