Never in my life have i seen someone so rude and ack like they did the gile that waiting on me was just going off about everything thing but what got me was when she said i wish these ass hole would just leave i will never eat there again
Been coming here for a few years about 3 or 4 times a week and for the past couple of months have noticed new people and management which might explain why order is always wrong. Med fry is a small just put in a different holder. The service is terrible. I try to avoid this place as much as possible now. Wouldd have gave 5 starts up till 6 mths ago
Customer service was horrible ordered biscuit and gravy lady left it sitting up on the back counter for 10 minutes before she decided to give it to me
The slowest fast food chain in Johnson city. Spent half of my lunch breaki waiting for my order in the drive thru. Finally waited long enough and went inside and the manager say "your order is done, but we are waiting on fries." They had no problem serving AT LEAST 6 other customers while i waited. No apologies were given for my wait time but the staff was polite. The key element in the fast food industry is speedy service. Hence the word "Fast" food.
That's the worst place I've eaten in a while the service was great but the food sucked I asked no onions on my cheeseburger and got back to hotel and took a bite and mouth full of onions I was pissed
