They have great food. Rice could Have been better. They needed more help. Asked for hot mustard but didn't bring to him pretty much told him to go get it himself. Other than that was a good place eat.
It used to be a lot better....
As far as the buffet goes,the variety is excellent,the food is quite good ,but too often it is luke warm or even cold.
My favorite Chinese buffet in town. I like to go there for lunch because they are close to my work. Reasonable prices & fresh selection. They have great variety.
The food is good, but it could be improved. Price is high for the quality. Lunch ends at 3:30 and not 4 like everywhere else.

I don't know what it is about Chinese restaurants.They start out with good hot food,clean environment,at a reasonable price, and go down hill from there.
Empire Buffet has gone the same way.Restaurant is dirty,bathrooms are in disrepair,and I don't think the windows have been cleaned since they opened.
I don't think I will go back, unless I hear things have improved.
