You have the wrong address
I went in to order a piece of glass and it was like giving birth. The guy was super nice but did not understand the more detailed measurements I gave him and there were zero options offered. No options in terms of thickness, integrity, edging, color, or finish. They had nothing to look at. I have no idea how they are still in business. I'm not going to do the sale for them.
We paid a premium for a custom glass shower door that does not swing closed to a neutral position. It will close, but not without a little help. We were told initially after the install that the door had to "settle" and that if it was not better in a month they would adjust it. One month later (well after our check cleared the bank)we were told there was nothing they could do and essentially we had to live with it. Just be aware.
Fixed my window quickly and cheap
We have several windows in our house that need replacement due to bad seals. My wife called a company cell number and left a voicemail, but her call wasn't returned, so she called the office number in early June. She was informed that windows would be measured Monday, June 13, and she would be called later with a specific time, so she made sure that her schedule was clear for Monday. She called Monday morning because she wasn't called back with a specific time, and she was informed that she would be called back in "a few minutes." She had not received a call by the afternoon, so I called back, and I was informed that we would be called back Monday evening or Tuesday morning, but we never received a call back, even after I called the cell number on Wednesday morning and left another voicemail. In the voicemail, I said that I understand if they're really busy, but we just wanted to get scheduled for an estimate. In any case, we were not impressed with the runaround, so we plan to use a different glass company.
