They fixed my non-Oreck robot vacuum like new. They sent to China for the necessary parts and stuck with the process through to completion, keeping me updated at intervals along the way. Very professional!

First let me tell you a story before I tell you how awesome this store is lol. I have a 13 year old Oreck Vacuum from here, 13 year old oreck purifier from here and 3 year old Oreck Steamer from here and just bought 2 more Air purifier's from this store today so you could say I'm all about that Oreck life haha hands down the best out there and will last you a life time if you correctly take care of them. Btw we drive a hour and 20 mins to get to this store but I wouldn't have it any other way i will not deal with anyone but this store the owner Is amazing she and her family run the store I feel like part of the family when I go in for filters or accessories they are amazing people for sure. I'm a bargain shopper so I'm always trying to find the best price online well when I went in today looking to buy another purifier I seen Oreck on amazon had there purifers marked down well I let the owner know and she didn't just price match she gave me even more off I couldn't pass the price up so I bought 2 different ones lol I'm so happy with my purchases and will only buy my oreck stuff from them. Do yourself a big favor and check them out you will not regret it.
Great customer service! Went in to buy a belt for our vacuum and Hall took his time with us to make sure we got the correct belt, got the best deal possible, and even showed us the the best way to change it on our own. He was also able to give us some great advice on cleaning pet stains and odors and helped us advoid buying a more expensive product that we didn't need. Very personable, friendly and helpful.
I took my Dyson vacuum to have it cleaned and tuned up. It cost me $120. It took them two weeks, when I was quoted a week at most, and I was never offered a loaner vacuum. When I finally got my vacuum back all the seals were still filthy, the bin still had dirt and hair in it, and dust was still caked in all the tubes, around the carpet brush, and everywhere else. I pretty much paid them way too much to wipe down the outside with a Clorox wipe, cut hair out of the carpet brush, and remove a small wad from inside the vacuum. For the price I expected my vacuum to be fully detailed and running like new. When I got the vacuum home it took me about an hour to detail it properly. I am baffled by the quality of this business and appalled at what they consider $120 worth of work.
