Christmas Eve visit with no wait time and excellent care providers. Dr. Stoots is amazing; very knowledgeable and willing to take time to answer all questions. The nurses were pleasant even though they were having to work on Christmas Eve. This is my first experience at this clinic, but I would definitely use SOF Healthcare Walk-in again. Wish the reception area employees were as pleasant as those treating patients!
The staff seem nice and caring, but the wait time was horrific. Granted, I did not call ahead, so part of that is on me. But I came in with a simple case of the flu and waited for 2+ hours before getting called back, 45 minutes for the doctor to even see me, and another hour before I got out of there. In all my visit took ALMOST 4 HOURS as a simple walk-in. I'm sure they're better if you call ahead, but don't have high hopes.
Giving them one stare is a gift, I wish I could give negative stars. I called ahead and still took 90 minutes before I was saw by a doctor. In fact I think they saw every other patient before they stop by to see me. Then the doctor told me to take OTC and wrote a script that has done nothing for me. This is a great example of what is wrong with our healthcare sysstem. SAVE YOUR MONEY and go any where but here. Remember you do have a choise in where you spend your money.
I went in around 7:30am with an ear infection. They had all of my medical records. I waited in the waiting room for about 3 minutes, the nurse took my vitals and Pat saw me and gave me a prescription for antibiotic ear drops. Vitals and Dr time was about 15minutes. Excellent experience and very friendly.
My husband and I both have used the clinic several times. The clinicians are very caring and thorough. I love that they have access to my regular medical records. The wait time has always been minimal when I use Call Ahead. I am thankful they are open every day until 9 pm. You never know when you will get sick or injured and need a doctor on the weekend or late in the evening. This is a MUCH better alternative to the emergency room!
