Last night I sat on my glasses by accident and the earpiece broke off. I took them to Lenscrafters this morning, and while they weren't able to reattach the earpiece, they were able to replace it with a similar earpiece salvaged from a pair of donated frames they had in the back -- and it didn't cost me a dime.
We're done with LensCrafters, every stinking time there is something wrong with our glasses.
I experienced excellent customer service at this location. They made sure my glasses fit properly and that I was happy with my purchase. I highly recommend LensCrafters at The Mall at Johnson City!

Holy crap this i the slowest place to go get glasses. This is my 3rd time here and everytime i have had to spend an hour or more here. Today i just stopped by to pick up and still spent 30 min and counting as i am still standing here waiting for one of the 3 people to help me or even ask what i am here for.
