It's a shame the Wellness Center isn't more accommodating to the wellness of familes- especially for the price.
Great health club for cardiovascular exercise and lots of offered classes, would like to see more strengthening equipment though.
Great gym. Loads of diverse equipment and a wide variety of group fitness classes available.
Great group fitness options and more amenities than any other local gym.
Expensive. Crowded. Tiny free weight area. Seems aimed at hipsters. You get a lot of dirty looks for being out of shape.
I'm sorry, but she can come any day of the week and use the pools- but we only have one day, and we pay to use the facility just like she does. The Wellness Center needs to open up additional days or times for parents to swim with their children- otherwise it is not worth the money only to have access to the pool for 3 hours a week.
Some of the members have been very rude about which lane they are using for classes and my little girl left in tears because a member told me, on the ONE day a week the pool was available for us to use with her, that "family swim was from 1-4 and she didn't want to be splashed"-
This is a nice facility and I like the coffee at the front. We joined as a family so we could use the pool to work with my daughter to teach her how to swim, but several weeks after joining we were told that she couldn't use the basketball court until she was 13- even though my husband was out there with her, and found out the pool is only open to families one day a week for 3 hours.
