I'm so happy I found this place. The gym is part crossfit box and part gym. Tons of equipment both in the box and the gym. Large locker room and several showers. The best part -- none of that corporate, upsell, elitist vibe you get at commercial gyms. It's a family here and they're awesome. Got a week pass for $20! What a deal! Who would've thought I'd find one of the best gyms I've ever been to in Johnson City, TN.
My husband and I both go and absolutely love it. You gain a gym and gym family there! Always clean and the owners are the nicest!
Awesome gym. Open 24/7 and has something to offer everyone at every level. They even host Highland games several times a year.
Great gym!! They have all the equipment you could dream of wanting from treadmills, free weights, machines, and bumper plates. It is always extremely clean and has a great atmosphere. You really feel like you matter and are part of the gym family. Love that it is 24/7, and I can work out whenever it is convenient for me.
