I brought some outfits in that were put together so they would know they went together. The people that worked there pieced out the outfits even though all were in great condition. Now I have half outfits I can not do anything with, thanks! I will not be back either!
This place is a rip off! They wanna take your items and give you nothing in return. I'd much rather donate my stuff than to help this company succeed, which is what I will be doing from now on!
Good prices, awesome toy collection! Wish I would have come here for my big ticket baby items, they have it all! The staff was friendly and helpful. Things were fairly organized but you should expect to dig a little, allow some browsing time, this isn't and in and out kind of place but if you have the time you'll find some deals
Great store. You can find anything you're looking for, clothing wise. If you're looking for the meaning of life you may want to look elsewhere.
My cousin and I brought in a lot of clothes, mind you that it took us a few hours to go through everything and wash the clothing. Once we got to OUAC, they told us it would take time to go through everthing, they gave us a time to come back, we came back, didn’t even touch the damn clothes. So we had to come back a second time.(Took longer than what it needed to be honest) A lot of staff workers were just standing around like they were idiots. You probably shouldn’t hire people if they aren’t going to do their job and have the audacity to be nice. The management and staff only greet you if you’re rich, they’re very stereotypical. The clothes we brought in, were in great condition, and they wouldn’t accept a lot of the clothing because of this or that. It’s honestly pathetic. If I ever go back to OUAC and staff is rude to me again, that’s it. You’ll all lose your job. Just a bit of advice, you shouldn’t judge people because they aren’t rich, and you have to be nice to every customer or you will lose your job. Stop standing around like a bunch of bigots and do what you get paid to do, which is work, sort the clothes, actually have the damn audacity to be nice to the customers. Keep in mind you wouldn’t have this damn store if it wasn’t for your customers!
