Picked up tux rental, jacket had hair and fuzz on it. Pants were tighter than promised. Pocket square was not correctly folded as promised.
Purchased a rental suit for a wedding. The size was way off when received and I had to take the pants in 2 inches. The shirt was way too short and had to be continually tucked back in. The vest did not go down to the pants line and was way too short. The tie was a cheap snap on neck tie. The fabric was a nice texture on everything but the tie. When the suit was originally fitted we complained that it didn't fit very good and we were told the suit that would come in would fit great, obviously it didn't.

We are renting suits here for the wedding (it's still a few months away). They are comparably priced to other suit stores in the region. We had a discount but the fees almost completely negated it- we had to analyze the receipt after we left to figure out the disparity in the actual cost versus the expected cost. They seem to have high quality menswear tho and they are very eager to assist in the decision process if you don't know what you're looking for beforehand. The staff are mostly friendly and helpful young guys but it seems that there are some information gaps from one employee to another. We called to enquire about something before driving to the store and when we got to the store were told something different. It wasn't a big deal but it was a bit of an inconvenience. I look forward to seeing the ensembles come together for the big day!
