I called to let them know of the issues and they did take it back the next day and attempt to fix the situation. Unfortunately for me they took some sort of abrasive cloth or compound to try and scrub off the bugs....and now my car bumper is permanently scuffed.

My car was returned with bugs, dirt and wax still present and the gloss they used inside was not thoroughly wiped, leaving an oily residue all over the middle console controls. The front windshield was so streaked, I couldn't believe it! The bumper had not even been thoroughly cleaned before they applied the wax. I wiped it with a white napkin to remove some of the left behind wax, it was totally black with dirt.
These people have no idea what they are doing. Save yourself money and possible body work by going elsewhere!
I highly recommend that you DO NOT take your vehicle to University Lube and Detailing! Your car will probably be messed up and you'll lose value in your car and you'll have to clean their mess.
I got my car back with some of my paint missing! They used the buffer way too hard (?) The paint is chipped all over! The spots are not huge, but still, those people are supposed to be professionals. The inside of my car was lathered in Armor All. They did not clean the dash or anything first. They just sprayed Armor All everywhere, including the steering wheel, and that was it! I had a coffee stain beside the gear shift when I dropped it off. The stain was still there, only it was really shiny!
They got me in and out quick. Very reasonable prices. I will be a repeat customer. Great place!
