I called this one person operation and to see if they were "cheap" and they quoted me a price that was almost double what WW and the others were offering. It turns out that the owner was fired from WW.
THE BAD REVIEWS ARE NOT FAKE! WHAT I WRITE IS FACT. I AM REAL AND THEY ARE TERRIBLE! MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE OTHER TAXI'S-HORRIBLE SERVICE! NEVER, EVER CALL THIS JOKE OF A BUSINESS. I JUST MOVED TO THIS TOWN, I HOLD NO BIAS OF ANY KIND. They say, "half an hour", you wait over two hours or a total no show-they let you just sitting. First time we called, we were told, "about a half hour or 45 minutes, we called back an hour later and said she just came on her shift and there was NO ORDER WRITTEN TO PICK US UP! She did apologize, and promised to get someone to us in 20 minutes. About half an hour later she said they were, "right around the corner-almost there." So we waited, 15 minutes later they finally did show up. Today, (a beautiful sunny day in the middle of the afternoon when I know they are not busy), was pretty much the same thing, only this time CHEAP TAXI WAS A NO SHOW. My son wound up having to call another taxi service, our perishable groceries were ruined, and he was late for work due to CHEAP TAXI'S incompetence! The owner says call? After this last incident, I called TODAY and asked to speak to the owner, only to be told he was not available, but I was speaking to the owner's son. I asked owner's name, and I was still very polite at that point. The son refused to give me owner's name, was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, he told me he knew the owner's name, did I? I started to tell him the issues we had, and he was laughing as he hung up on me. He sounds like a spoiled punk who has been given everything in life. He made it very clear he couldn't care less about customers, so CHEAP TAXI lost our business forever. No, I won't make much of a difference, but anyone "running" a "business" this way does not deserve to have that business! Second and last time they will do this to me, my family, my friends! I am spreading the word to anyone who will listen.
Amazing guys! Great drivers & very little wait time. Will call no one else.
