When visiting my best friend who lives there (While having no idea where I was going), I called the front Office & found my way there.. I was greeted by a lovely office staff who let me follow them to the building my friend lives in and they also assisted me with visitor parking. The property was clean & the apartments are so cute. Wish there were apartments like this in KY!
I have already renewed my lease because I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else! My roommates were randomly assigned and they could not have been a more perfect match! University Edge is the best option for college students!
I have lived at University edge for a year and a half and I have good and bad experiences. While the apartments are expensive it is not as expensive as other places considering that it is fully furnished and it includes the amenities. Since it is an apartment complex close to ETSU most of the residents are college students and sometimes it can get really loud, but it is not all the time, so you can get used to it. The maintenance staff is great. They try to get the problem fixed as soon as you send in the notice the most you might have to wait for them to fix it is a day maybe two if they are busy. The maintenance guy Zack is great he is always super helpful and nice and always has a smile on his face. He Is always on top of getting things done in the quickest way possible, but also done right. If something keeps breaking down he will fix it so it works and will continue to figure out what was causing the problem to begin with so that it will work properly. Some of the people in the front office can be a little rude or come off that way. They might not mean too, but they do. One of the ladies that does not do this is Sarah Willis. She is great, whenever I go in to give her my rent check, she always takes a minute to say hi and ask me how my day is going, she does this even when she is busy, it is nice that she takes that time to just have a quick chat. She also takes time to fix whatever problem you are having and she answers your questions, without beating around the bush. She is straight forward in her answers so that you leave with all of your questions answered. She is great to go into the office to see and she is always polite and has a smile on her face. Another awesome lady in the office is Kendall. She always has a smile on her face and is very positive and will do what ever she can to help you out, even when they are five minutes away from locking up, she will patiently answer all of your questions.
This is my 4th year living at Uedge, and it has been such a great experience! The staff matched me with two roommates that have become two of my best friends. Wouldn't want to spend my college years living anywhere else!
This is my first year at University Edge and so far I love it! It has great amenities in the apartment and in the clubhouse. It's great to be this close to campus and the student life! The management is super helpful as well!
