5. The management. When I had problems with the frat boys they told me it wasn't their problem and that I should call the police. When my dog so much as barked at a frat boys loud shenanigans though I got a letter telling me that I was in violation of the pet policy and to keep my dog quiet. I'm sorry but when frat boy was banging on his ceiling/my floor what is my dog supposed to do, rollover?
Do not listen to the other person. Everything is perfect and quiet. Quick shot to ETSU. The train is the only thing usually loud.
I lived at greenwood for 2 and a half years, Quiet, affordable, great location, as well as great maintenance and management. Best apartments in town for ETSU students. My best college housing experience by a considerable margin.
I cannot emphasize enough the disdain that I have for Greenwood Farms and its current manager. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!

4. It is close to ETSU so there are almost constantly drunk frat boys acting like children, many times waking me up around 4am because of their yelling. Oh and one even peed on my front door.
Perfect place to live during grad school. Very quite. Management and maintenance respond quickly to any problems.
I lived here with my family and I have no problems at all. The management was always prompt to make repairs and I loved the routine pest control! Overall a good apartment close to major shops, neat and quiet!
1. It is way overpriced for what you get.

Everything about the place is cheap: carpets stain to easily and the management WILL blame you no matter what, there are cracks in the caulking, and the walls are so thin that you can hear almost everyone in your building talking, watching TV, playing the piano, etc. These are just to name a few.
