Their front counter sales team are great people,however,their window sales team has no professional customer service skills at all! Buy your lumber there and your windows elsewhere!
We drove in from 600 miles away to get materials that are unavailable where we live. Upon inspection some pieces had been damaged in shipping. The staff promptly assessed the situation, came up with a palatable solution, and courteously assisted getting us under way. What could have left us frustrated, disappointed and angry was so tactfully handled that we came away with not only positive things to say, but a highly recommend. Special thanks to Doc for taking care good of us.
