We contracted with All Seasons to install four garage doors and openers. The garage doors were installed, but never operated smoothly. Their installer came to complete the job by installing the openers and stated that the wrong doors had been installed and it was not possible to install openers. Bill Wilson at corporate agreed to remove the doors and refund the payments to date on the phone. We contracted with another installer for new doors and openers. We ask All Seasons to provide the refund at time of removal and they refused. We subsequently agreed to removal and a refund to follow, but they refused to do anything at that point. This company does not honor verbal commitments and requires multiple contacts to get any response. Avoid this company at all costs. They do NOT stand behind their work or word.
