Joe Reid, PA and his wonderful staff treat their patients like human beings with understanding and a care plan that works, not one that just refers you to another drs office where the problem still isnt solved,
I am very happy about that because of the negative effects diabetes has had on me over the years, Joe's attitude towards his patients is unique and like no other, he smiles all of the time he makes you feel like a patient and not a nuisance like so many other corperate doctors who have no empathy or sympathy for there patients.

Meg was wonderful in talking to her, I had Blood work done and never even received a follow up call. 2 months later I called and asked them to fax me the results only to find that they had abnormalities on them. I wasnt until this time they began calling and leaving messages wanting me to come in for a follow up on the blood work. Terrible way to treat a patient.

When I first went to Genesi my A1C was 12.1 and my blood sugar ran in the 400 to 500 range all the time. After seeing Joe Reid, and him giving it to me straight what i need to do and then giving me a regimen and care plan that works, my blood sugar this morning was 174
