Very clean and secure.they make it very easy to pay your rent online and their prices are very competitive.
My experience with this storage facility was excellent. I was a little hesitant from reading previous reviews, but Brian was upfront with me from the beginning. He let me know that the first month was pro-rated; but from that point on if I went past the first of the month I would pay for and have the unit for the entire month. He also pointed out that I was responsible for insuring my belongings and spraying my unit for bugs. Easy access and fast response, overall good experience.
Awful dose not take credit cards or cash in less you meet with him with is impossible half the time will only take money order or checks and I will not pro rate the rent when you mI've out he loves his money to much all the way around just an awful place to do business
Will never use Boones Creek Storage again!!! Have used them twice, this last time for a year & 1/2....!! Emptied my unit on 10-19-16...& gave him several days notice.... He would not prorate the rest of the month & return my money...He got his money at the first of the month on time...!!!! That's just being greedy!!!! Unit was $65.00 @ month...& he's keeping all of it for 19 days use of the month...The unit was full of stink bugs ( live ones ) & spiders!!! My things are full of those damn bugs, now I'll have to battled them in my new apartment!!! I will never recommend them ever again & word of mouth is the best advertisement.... It can make you or break you!!!!!! Remember that Brian!!!! I wouldn't give one star, but had to for this review!!!!
I have had no issues with this company. Good rates, secure location, 24 hour access. I recommend them.
