I called Linden Massage and received an appointment for when I wanted and Jerry was amazing. Sorry they were not willing to work with me. And Jerry did not require my credit/debit card to hold my appointment!

Received gift card my husband was told I didn't need to call in advance but I always preplan. Took forever to get someone to answer. When I tried to schedule a 90 minute she kept saying she only had 60minutes. I ask back to back she said yes. Okay then why can't I have a 90 minute!!???

My experience with Soleus Massage was extremely disappointing. I made an app for me and mother for mothers day. I requested a 60 min app for the full body massage. I requested two extras (Hot Stone Enhancement and Aromatherapy) I was told to let my therapist know about the extras when I arrived. When I did, I was told they couldn't do either one. My therapist was allergic to every scent besides lemon and cinnamon (the only two I don't like) and they couldn't do the hot stones because they take 24 hrs to heat up and claimed I didn't let them know in advance, but I made the app a week before. Neither therapist massaged our head and face like they were suppose to. It was extremely disappointing and needless to say I won't be going back there. I'll be getting my next massage at Valley Springs Spa, where I should've went in the first place.
Booked a massage for the following day. Arrived after making child care plans only to find out they double booked, and could not offer a massage that day. I was told I could receive "free aromatherapy and heat" on another massage. Nothing available the same day. Did not receive a phone call in advance, yet they have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy in which they charge your credit card if you miss the appointment. Zero accountability on their end. Will not go back. Disappointed and inconvienanced.
