Very helpful with a new suit purchase and answered all of my million of questions without hesitation. I look forward to updating my suits in the near future. They always have a sale going on it seems. Their Traveler suits are spoken about highly for the price range.
We had a groomsmen who came in from out of town and had his suit shipped from Boston - the day of the wedding groomsmen realizes Johnson city is an hour away and he doesn't have car to get suit we found him car to use and called the store and they went above and beyond and had someone drive and meet the groomsman 1/2 way so he would make the wedding .. can not thank them enough - he made it on time and the wedding was beautiful .. BIG THANK YOU TO JOSEPH A BANKS for saving my son wedding
Horrible.... Horrible.... Horrible experience!!!! Four out of six groomsmen were given the wrong ties after being given a months notice on what we wanted specifically. Not only that but the personnel involved in this process kept trying to put the blame off on me like it was somehow my fault. The answer they gave me was that i should just go to belk and try to find something to match. And just in case i forgot to mention, I'm having to go through all of this on my wedding day. To make matters worse... There was no attempt at all whatsoever to make this situation better. No type of refund... No credit... nothing except go somewhere else and look. My wedding day was an absolute fiasco due to this. Never ever will I recommend this company to anyone!
