Roger and the crew are great to deal with. I've never dealt with a more polite and courtesy staff. The storage facility is extremely secure and well kept. It has easy access to where you can get in and out with no hassle. Also, there is not a better deal for the price and space anywhere in the area. Would definitely recommend to use.
I've been an ongoing customer for over 3 years now. I had a bad experience at another location but they were different. They are friendly and always eager to work with me. Being able to contact someone and not a voicemail box is always a plus in my books. Prices are great and the security system is amazing. Easy access on my own clock is important to me because of my work schedule. Thanks!
The owner is rude, arrogant and they charge the same price to rent units here as they do in some of the larger metropolitan cities. Very complicated to enter the gate. Have several codes that disable the alarms. Timed entry to gain access to your unit without tripping the alarm. Lumber company within the gate so there is heavy equipment, loading and unloading, all day long. Lot is gravel isn't even paved. Too much trouble and too expensive.
You can find a bigger unit at a better price. Shop around.
