Shortly after I wrote this review an article in the Johnson City press was published about me.
The worst mistake of my career was not firing Tom the second time as I had fired him once before! I gave him a second chance and that was my mistake. He is very difficult to work with and has an attitude. He doesn't seem to understand he works for his client and its not the other way around. A close physician friend of mine hired him also and had similar complaints. He has given me terrible advice and had me sign and admit to things that were not true. He never fought for me to let the truth come out. I was rarely updated on my case or about any discussions he had on my behalf. I have no idea what information he told people involved in my case. I have no idea how much work he did or didn't do. Communications were not copied to me. He would often get angry during our meetings if he didn't have things his way. Dissatisfied is the most pleasant way I can describe how I feel about the work this attorney has done. Tom this is your notice that you are no longer representing me.
Mr Jesse has helped me on several occasions. He was always courteous and professional. Most importantly, he's always been able to get me the results I wanted!
