I had several loads of laundry because I have been in the process of moving. I wanted an estimate, which the cashier said it was impossible, which I thought was odd. The total ended up being $90.00. For laundry. If I she would have gave me a ball park estimate, I never would have dropped it off. I did not have anything dry cleaned, but I might have well for that price. Thanks for making life harder for a broke college student in transit.
This places dry cleaners stopped working, so without my permission they sent the only suit I had to another store to get it cleaned. Too bad I needed the suit that night for a funeral. The lady at the front desk looked like trailer trash and was not professional in the least. She left the counter, and went around to the door to help someone who was outside in their car before she helped me. I can honestly say that this is the worst dry cleaners in Johnson City. Don't even think about the state of Franklin Rd dry cleaners either. They are owned by the same manager. I walked into that store and it smelled like an ash tray. I will never use this dry cleaners again and hope that you are smart enough to stay away as well.
