I went to furniture row late on a Sunday afternoon. My wife and I were looking for living room furniture and a kitchen table. We came in and were greeted by the sales people and they let's us walk around and look never being over bearing. Our sales man Marcus was by far the best salesman any one could ask for. He awnsered every question we had and helped us with his personal knowledge of the furniture. He was very kind to our kids and took the time to make them comfortable during the purchasing process. I would highly recommend them to any one even my mother inlaw.
Delivered bed without all of hardware needed. Wanted to leave it incomplete until they could come back at our convenience. It was really their convenience. Rescheduled for next day at 915am. It's now 950 and they are still 10 minutes out. Customer service needs to be stepped up several notches.
Have been shopping here for a few years and always like their selection of reasonably priced furnishings. The only down side is they are actually three separate businesses in one big building. So if you want a couch and a bed then you deal with two separate people and checkouts.
