I have natural curly hair and Chad is the best stylist ive ever had!! He is very patient and makes you feel so comfortable. Having curly hair is such a challenge, especially finding a stylist who understands it. He helped me finally find the perfect product for my hair. Chad is amazing with color and cut, I call him the 'curl guru'! He is very attentive to each persons hair, very thorough and precise. LOVE HIM and this salon!
I have been a client at Identity Salon for many years now, and have enjoyed the service, artistry, and atmosphere of the salon and its stylists. I have never had a negative experience, and I can personally attest that Pepper Frazier and Chad Norris give above and beyond 100% of their effort and skill into providing the best salon experience for their clientele. What I love about Identity is that the salon is true to its name: every appointment I have ever had has met me with personalized satisfaction, because Chad and Pepper know me and my preferences, and always choose the best styles that are unique to me. They are the sweetest people I know, and some of the most enlightening and insightful conversations I have ever had have been in that salon chair. This spring I cut off approximately 18 inches of my hair, and I would trust no one else but Chad Norris with such a drastic change. Chad delivered tenfold, sending me home with the most fashion forward blunt bob, and he recently encouraged me to transition into a long pixie that I LOVE. I have only ever left Identity Salon with satisfaction and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for the most flattering cut and gorgeous color. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Love Mr. Norris. He is honest, well-spoken, well-mannered, and absolutely amazing. I recently asked him for a short, textured bob cut. I took a picture and he talked me through exactly what he was going to do, as always, before he made one snip. He took over an hour, just for my cut. He never rushes your process to get to the next client. My hair lays better and styles easier. He also does my color and I like to change it up, frequently. He is so detail oriented, I have never been anything but happy with the results. I appreciate his honesty and guidance with color and cuts. He will tell you if your request is unrealistic, potentially high-maintenance, etc. I always take advantage of his professional advice and I always love the results. He is wonderful and I highly recommend him!
Chad Norris has been been my stylist for more than 3 years. My hair is thick and coarse and difficult, but he always does an amazing job.
