The staff is friendly and helpful. The benefits they offer are very satisfactory. GECU includes very personalized service with their loan products. They worked with me tirelessly to take care of my best interests not just their own. I am disappointed in ATM access in my local area and honestly the service at the branch can be quite slow. HOWEVER...I will continue to be their customer as the benefits and personalized service are worth a smidge of inconvenience.
I would recommend GECU to others.

This group of people are great! We have gotten help before we thought we needed it. Friendly people at the two branches I have been associated with ( Sunset and VA). I would bet that the Jonesborough branch have been trained the same way. Greater Eastern gets thumbs up from me!!!
